A Different Approach to Parking
The CapRidge Parking Operation division was created in order to fill a need in the real estate community. Through countless years of owning and operating surface lots and parking garages, we were able to identify many inefficiencies in the marketplace. Most owners tend to view parking as an added liability or an incentive to closing office space lease transactions. We instead view parking as a profit center, particularly in dense urban environments.
We operate and manage parking spaces just as any other real estate rental space and view parkers as tenants just like you would find in our office properties.
